Well I stayed for a couple of hours, actually attended a dinner in room 2 and man it was massive. So admired the stairs. Its just like a palace and I can't stop talking about it. I'm just 19 but I surely do have taste when it comes to hotels and Stanley Hotel is just grand ☺

Wish I had more time! Went for the tour and lunch and and drinks at the hotel bar. The pecan brownie was amazing! The tour and rich history were well worth the trip. The bacon Bloody Mary was stellar. Our tour guide, Leigh, was a wealth of knowledge!

This was scary. However, not in "The Shining" way....altitude sickness got the best of me but in summary if you are going just for the day? 1. Call ahead for your tickets (They were sold out and that tour looked awesome) 2. The Smokey Manhattan drink w/ pecan maple syrup was so perfect- even very ill - it tasted good. 3. The food is good.

Good customer service. Not as much to do there as we thought. Nice historic place but I would just go for the day next time. Drinks at the whiskey bar were nice but very expensive. Beautiful property.

Horrible customer service !!! The restaurant is full and there's no room service. They told us we need to leave the grounds to eat. Not a good experience.
