Loved learning the history and even though it was our guides last day she made awesome!!

A fun time. Ghost tour with Rachel was great. I didn't expect it to be so interactive, but the guide was engaging and informative. It is an old hotel, so the rooms and bathrooms are on the smaller size (supersize America was not a fade back then) but there was plenty of space for 3 girls in a room with 2 double beds.
Spent a lot of money and was very disappointed !! The only things that you hear are people flushing toilets and talking , don't waste your money 😳
Dirty, old (not in a classic good way), mold in the small shower, inches of dust on the ceiling fan, tons of dust in the corners of the carpet, and crazy expensive. Come for a ghost tour, take some pics and run down the street to a cleaner hotel for half the price!!!
Loved my experience at The Stanley. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Our Tour Guide Travis was great! Absolute must see if you are ever in the Estes Park area
The staff was amazing! Yes, it was pricey but you are paying for the novelty of the tourist experience. The day we arrived, the hotel was hosting a convention so the check-in, restaurant, and foot traffic were higher than normal. One of our rooms was not ready at check in time, but the staff offered to hold my luggage while I took my tour so that everything would be ready when I was done. Every encounter I had with the staff was courteous, helpful, and professional which always improves my feelings about my stay.
