I took my 7 summer camp students (ages 11-15) to a tour today. DD was our tour guide and she was spectacular! She made all of our kids feel welcomed. I know that it can be frustrating for other guests to be stuck in a tour group with a summer camp, but DD really emphasized how lucky we were to have the youthful energy and how we were more likely to run into the ghost children because of it. A beautifully historic hotel in a gorgeous setting. Great restaurant with delicious food. I highly recommend staying here. Enjoy a tour while you stay. You won't regret it.

I have not yet been refunded for my bond (despite sending 3 emails trying to confirm where it us) and was also overcharged 3 times for the ghost tour on my credit card!!! Again... No answer from my email queries, SHOCKING customer service! Boooooo (and not in the good ghostly way)
Beautiful historic hotel. However, disappointed in their customer service...one of the bar tenders had "attitude".... no dresser in our room, and only 8 hangers...? We asked if we could get a dresser? Or change rooms? The clerk said he would look into it and he never got back to us. Every hotel we have ever stayed in at any price had a dresser you could put your clothes in. ? No microwave, no fridge, 1 chair, bathroom has a small mirror over sink...no dressing table?
