Verified Renter I had some problems at move-in but everyone from the staff was really helpful and they resolved my issue quickly and asked if I needed anything else

Verified Renter So far so good. It only appears they’re handling lots of clients that causes move-in service delay. Like my room got mixed up upon arrival. The key to the gym is yet to be sent out because of backlog delivery. Other than that, I’ll recommend.
