Verified Renter The social Seminole, formerly Aqua Club owned Apartments are best known for its budget friendly living option for students in Tallahassee, FL. They provide amenities but don’t maintain them. The 4x2 are 4 bedrooms 2 shared bath, I’ve been living here since 2022 and it always stayed the same but the price increase was gradual every two quarters. Verified Renter I am giving 2 stars just because the location of the property is very good. Otherwise the staff is not friendly. They promised for roommate matching before signing the lease but after signing the lease, they denied and simply said we can't do anything. The services are not good. They will receive your mails but will say that there are no mails for you just to avoid the work. I would never recommend this property.

Verified Renter It’s been ok so far. Just wish they would be more lenient with rent. I’m in college and stuff happens sometimes. The apartment I’m in is a little outdated but otherwise it’s okay.

Verified Renter I like having my own private entrance but the neighborhood is loud and the amenities are too crowded to use. The apartment itself is clean but repairs should have been done prior to them renting it out.
