Verified Renter I am giving 2 stars just because the location of the property is very good. Otherwise the staff is not friendly. They promised for roommate matching before signing the lease but after signing the lease, they denied and simply said we can't do anything. The services are not good. They will receive your mails but will say that there are no mails for you just to avoid the work. I would never recommend this property.

Verified Renter It’s been ok so far. Just wish they would be more lenient with rent. I’m in college and stuff happens sometimes. The apartment I’m in is a little outdated but otherwise it’s okay.

Verified Renter I like having my own private entrance but the neighborhood is loud and the amenities are too crowded to use. The apartment itself is clean but repairs should have been done prior to them renting it out.

Verified Renter I like living in this community. It’s a nice neighborhood with good people who are usually incredibly easy going. The front office is occasionally frustrating but outside of that they are all great people.

Verified Renter The place is nice for living. Its affordable but you get what you pay for. I would suggest you take a close look at it and what it have to offer. But it’s a very nice place to stay.
Verified Renter The management is the worst I have seen. The people that work there don’t care. They are always on the phone. I have a dripping ceiling in the bathroom that they haven’t fixed in 3 months now. They keep saying it’s the people upstairs using a bidet, but they never do anything about it. The people working before 8 and 9 months ago were far better. They cared about the residents and their concerns. The new ones are just rude. They keep spamming me to renew when I’ve said I don’t want to.

Verified Renter The maintenance is not that good. This could be better. Takes too much time to resolve an issue. Sometimes maintenance requests are closed without resolving them. Need to raise multiple requests for the issue to be solved.
