Verified Renter Social is a very friendly community. The amenities and other services are quite good. The staff responds in time and does proper maintenance checks.

Verified Renter The only reason for the 3 stars my room smells like weed every night I come home from work and my apartment is still not 100% I like the parking and the staff and it’s very quiet here

Verified Renter So far my experience is good with social seminole. I like the community and organised environment. The place is quite clean, and closer to all the shops and restaurants.

Verified Renter I really enjoy the interactions with the staff but, they are understaffed and unavailable often. The phone line does not get picked up 50% of the time. Upon moving in there were a lot of things not set up or clearly broken.

Verified Renter The unit has several issues that need attention. We raised these complaints multiple times, but no action has been taken. Burners on the stove are not working, and the microwave is also non-functional. The sink extension pipe used for rinsing and cleaning is broken, and some lights are not functioning properly. Additionally, the AC system makes a loud noise when operating, and there is water leakage from the windows during rainfall. Verified Renter Well, so far I think everything is okay. I haven’t been here too long. There were some problems that irritated me but the Seminole employees are not at fault.
