Verified Renter Absolutely wonderful place to live. The housing crew is kind, and maintenance is very quick and responsive. I recommend this apartment to any single-adult household looking for a straightforward housing experience. The location and proximity to daily needs, even if you do not have a car, is a breath of fresh air. CVS, Dollar Tree, Publix, and more are within walking distance (great for getting those extra daily steps in). I highly recommend it.

Verified Renter The apartments are affordable and close to multiple campuses. It is also near a couple of bus routes, which is very convenient. The internet and some furnishings are included, which was a big draw for me.

Verified Renter Good staff and management and community events. Though the mail room (the one for envelopes) has been really disorganized but has been improving the last few months. Also yall need to get some pest control sprayed around the area if you don’t already.

Verified Renter Staffs are really rude. Full of roaches. And there was even a rat in our apartment. This is really disgusting. Other than that price is resonable.
