Verified Renter Living here has been good but sometimes the maintenance requests take loads of time to be catered to and I understand the process of scanning parcels for better handling of things but sometimes that will cause a delay in having the packages handed over to us.

However, it would be even better if they provided an online tracking or checking system and a helper to assist with shifting or organizing things during the move. Verified Renter Its been a quiet place like living in a town house.I Don't Really Enjoy Walking up the stairs I stay on the 3rd floor.I also have a disability sooo...this is something new for me.

Verified Renter Clean community. Easy move in process. Friendly staff. Resident portal is easy to use and pay rent. Friendly roommates and staff. Pool is nice and clean.
Verified Renter Maintance and staff are useless not at all helpful, my microwave is not replaced even after 3 months and refrigerator got replaced after 1.5 months and 25 visits to office and manager
