Verified Renter I like living in this community. It’s a nice neighborhood with good people who are usually incredibly easy going. The front office is occasionally frustrating but outside of that they are all great people.

Verified Renter The place is nice for living. Its affordable but you get what you pay for. I would suggest you take a close look at it and what it have to offer. But it’s a very nice place to stay.
Verified Renter The management is the worst I have seen. The people that work there don’t care. They are always on the phone. I have a dripping ceiling in the bathroom that they haven’t fixed in 3 months now. They keep saying it’s the people upstairs using a bidet, but they never do anything about it. The people working before 8 and 9 months ago were far better. They cared about the residents and their concerns. The new ones are just rude. They keep spamming me to renew when I’ve said I don’t want to.

Verified Renter The maintenance is not that good. This could be better. Takes too much time to resolve an issue. Sometimes maintenance requests are closed without resolving them. Need to raise multiple requests for the issue to be solved.

Verified Renter Took an entire month to fix the roof and the dryer in my unit and the maintenance person got an attitude when we kept asking him to fix it like his job pays him to do.
