Verified Renter So far so good, when we initially moved in we got an apartment with mold, which was rather unfortunate but we ended getting a better apartment with a free tv so that was greatly appreciated. Everything has been really good since then!

Verified Renter It has a beautiful landscape and good staffing, very helpful. The only thing I wish they did better was being more organized on move in day and be more strict when moving out so the places can be more cleaner

Verified Renter Great place to live for students. Nice amenities, easy access to bus stops and public stores. The apartments were handed over clean and freshly painted.

Verified Renter It was a Good Experience So far. It is best because it is very near to FSU. You take a bus within a few minutes. If wanna go by walking it will take few minutes.

Verified Renter So far so good. It only appears they’re handling lots of clients that causes move-in service delay. Like my room got mixed up upon arrival. The key to the gym is yet to be sent out because of backlog delivery. Other than that, I’ll recommend.
