Verified Renter Its been hard to stay in contact with property management. New staff constantly so no one knows whats going on. AC has broken twice since moving in 2 years ago.. Both times it took more than 3 weeks to get it fixed..

Verified Renter When I’m moved in there was no hot water, so i told them about it and in a couple of days, they get it fixed, which I think was an average response . Other than everything has been OK.

Verified Renter There has been a lot of improvement. It would be nice to have short term lease options. Also, unlike other apartments, transfer of lease became too difficult.

Verified Renter Place is good but the maintenance is bad. They take months to repair the issues and doesn’t properly. The place is spacious and view is good

Verified Renter Bug Issue No More I saw a bunch of random tiny brown bugs all over my apartment and falling from the ceiling the day before a trip. I left sent a request and when I came back i didn’t see not one bug!

Verified Renter It's good and have really good roommates and neighbors. The amenities are good and also it is very close to the bus stops which will take direct route to FSU.
