Verified Renter I haven't lived in the apartment for very long but the room seems very nice and clean. The living and dining area is also well-decorated and seems nice and well-kept. The only concern I have are the shared areas of the kitchen and the bathroom. Both seem in disrepair and I was disappointed to find them in such an old and dirty state.
