Verified Renter The roommates are nice and the community is quiet which I appreciate pool area and gym and user friendly. Staff are understanding and friendly and usually get your problems resolve within a reasonable time frame
Verified Renter They respond to complaints late and ask us to raise a case in portal which they mark as complete without even doing it. Too many roaches in the unit.
Verified Renter I like that we have a safe community at the Social Seminole. While I'd like to see many changes from the front office, I guess they're working towards improving the tenants experiences.
Verified Renter Maintenance is bad. Everything takes a lot of time to fix. The AC was not working in our room. And it took 20 days to fix the AC. The shower is not working properly.
Verified Renter Social Seminole has been amazing. I lived here before, moved to two different apartments and returned to social Seminole. They are very helpful and care to resolve any issues that I have.

Verified Renter I like it here it’s very comfortable. I love the layout of the place. The people here are really nice. I just wished there was an easier way to get the trash down. Just wish that the pool could be cleaner.
Verified Renter I love my apartment and my roommates. The Air condition and laundry machine is usually an issue occasionally because we make it work. The maintenance are prompt and come within reasonable time. They don’t delay often. Just occasionally when I first moved in but they are much better now. I love that they are always making improvements.
Verified Renter It's great community to live in, especially for the students. It's incredibly close to FSU, which is perfect for students who want to be within walking or biking distance of classes, the stadium, and other campus activities.
