Verified Renter I really enjoy The Social Seminole Apartments. The leasing office make a lot of fun activities and is a very pet friendly place. As an international student, i really enjoy being here and be part of this community.

Verified Renter I Love my apartment the amenities and staff. I have a problem with my roommates. It's a nice place well kept.just be careful in reference to roommate pairing.
Verified Renter My experiences at the Social Seminole have been okay. Initially when I got there I had a roach problem which took a while to get fixed but we eventually got around to it. My room is really big so I like that. My fridge was not sealed and it took a very long time for them to come and fix it (approximately 5 months of me constantly reminding them).

Verified Renter Experience hasn't been terrible but management is pretty bad. I’ve been towed with a proper parking permit, went six months without a working washer and dryer because they wouldn’t fix it, and have had important documents not be given to me until months later by the office because they can’t read mail properly.
