Verified Renter Quality overall is poor, bathroom was a mess when I got here reeks of weed around the apartment complex. Overall for the price it’s kind of what you expect, but living basis is pretty poor compared to other possible apartment complexes.

Verified Renter Overall, it has been very ordinal because it took a very long time for me to get my maintenance request to be settled plus experiencing carjacking.

Verified Renter Honestly don’t do it unless absolutely necessary . I’ve had many problems whether my toilet, shower, washer and dryer, and more recently the ac where the temp reaches nearly 84-90 degrees and Thant been fixed the past 5 weeks to the pint I have to stay with friends. I will say the community aspect is nice they try to help but don’t do a good job actually helping and they host events catered to their residents as well.
