Verified Renter The community is very nice and is located in a great spot close to many restaurants and grocery stores making it convenient for myself and other residents. There is a serious need for the complex to get mailboxes and possibly a package drop center for receiving and delivering mail rather than the current system requiring us residents to go all the way to the office to retrieve our mail or packages.

Verified Renter so far not that good. we have been assigned a wornout apartment, the door locks are broken, carpet is dirty and there was mold is the bathroom.

Verified Renter For my first off campus apartment with the low rent it was good. The staff isn’t that nice and the maintenance does not really take care of things so I will be moving out after my lease is up.

Verified Renter It has been fairly good apart from sm all issues that that maintenance team is now addressing. The general area is a mess especially the fridge when that is taken care of everything will be good.

Verified Renter Staff does a good job at trying to address any issues. Is difficult to get maintenance to complete a work order without putting it in multiple times though.

The leasing process was straightforward, On move-in day, the apartment was clean and prepared, which made settling in much easier.
