Verified Renter Its awful as roaches are everwhere and management are so careless and they are not looking forward to solve the problem. Other than that I think its okay.

Verified Renter The leasing price is affordable, the location is great and near to FSU, the facilities are great. The only comment is the maintenance response isn’t quick due to the huge number of maintenance requests.
