Verified Renter Renewing my lease for the third year now. Honestly, it could be better, but for what I pay, it's pretty good. Communication with the management was much better when Emily worked in the office. She seemed to care about the residents. I really hope they get someone like her back. On another note, the fitness center needs some serious attention. A bunch of the equipment has been broken for more than a couple of months now. It'd be great if they could get that fixed up soon.

Verified Renter It was an awesome experience, but I have to say, their gym equipment is outdated, and some of the machines are faulty. If you wanna live near the campus that is a great place to live.

Verified Renter The apartment is a little dirtier than I expected. I don’t like that the bathroom and sink are separate rooms. The bathroom could use a little bit more space.

Verified Renter Management is absolutely awful. If you call and they don’t pick up don’t even think for a second they will ever call you back. I swear they don’t have a voice mail machine. The outside of all the apartments look like homeless people live here. The actual apartment itself is fine, lots of space and decently clean.
