Verified Renter It’s great. We love being at the social Seminole. Flats are specious and pool area is very good place to chill And have fun. Connectivity is very good from social Seminole easy access to buses and grocery stores.

Verified Renter Dryer has been broken for over a month and still not fixed. They’ll tell us one day than nobody comes than another and same result. My issue is the fact there giving dates or times but not fulfilling it like if they were honest I wouldn’t care as much

Verified Renter Living here has been tough. The people in charge don't care about what we need. Things that break don't get fixed, and it's hard to get anyone to listen when there's a problem

Verified Renter I Love my apartment the amenities and staff. I have a problem with my roommates. It's a nice place well kept.just be careful in reference to roommate pairing.
Verified Renter My experiences at the Social Seminole have been okay. Initially when I got there I had a roach problem which took a while to get fixed but we eventually got around to it. My room is really big so I like that. My fridge was not sealed and it took a very long time for them to come and fix it (approximately 5 months of me constantly reminding them).
