Bugs, Dismissive Maintenance, and it's Falling Apart There are cockroaches in every apartment, and their "exterminating" service doesn't do anything but come and spray some raid in the middle of your floor. Maintenance is the worst, rude, slow, and dismissive. They don't care about the residents at all. Worse, they will enter your apartment when you're not home to "fix" things and then leave the door unlocked. So even if they don't steal your stuff, someone else could. Don't live here Don't live here. The unit I was provided with has had so many problems, all of which on several occasions me and my roommate asked to get fixed and they never did. The air conditioning on my half of the house barely works. Again, we asked on several occasions to get that fixed and they always gave us empty promises about fixing it but then never followed through. Rating: 0/5 Let me introduce you to Aquaclub, the ideal property for college students to be taken advantage of, traumatic leasing experiences, and getting your tenant rights violated!!! I can not wait to get out of here. 4 Bedroom/4 Bath I have been the only one here for months and have to pay utilities for the other room's air and mini fridges (over $100 I was told to expect utilities to be $40-$60). Aqua club Morgan Cameron and jasmine are the best leasing consultant ever they really do help solve all issues you have with you’re housing and the complex it’s self is very nice and modern and very well maintained . Awful Staff and Apartments This apartment complex has been horrible to live in. The apartment that you tour looks nothing like the apartment that you end up being assigned. In addition there is no storage in the kitchen. There is mold growing on every window and in the bathrooms. Also there is a woman that works in the front office named Destiny has a horrible attitude, is degrading, and is never helpful in any of the issues I have had with my apartment.

Stay away Infested with mold, bad maintenance and they do not give apt in proper condition. They fail to account for charges and never return calls. Do not recommend. They have a ghost owner that hides behind many names to make it difficult to address issues.

Do NOT MOVE YOU CHILD INTO THIS APARTMENT PARENTS..DO NOT LET YOUR STUDENT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!!! I did the move in with my daughter last week on August 20, 2016 and her apartment was horrendous. There is a reason they do not let you do a walk through before you sign the lease. Her shower heal was corroded. The bath tub was covered with stains, mold, and cracked. Her toilet seat looked like it had been on their since FSU first opened. Professional and Legal Extortion. I moved into a room with fist sized holes in the wall, boot sized hole on the door and a filthy disgusting carpet that I made them carpet wash. My roommates were great, the room space is decent but now they're making me pay for a bleach stain on a carpet over $400(note: I had to make them wash the carpet the first day).
