Verified Renter It is not great. Our playground is unsafe for younger children, the things in our apartment dont get fixed, one day we had a leak under our sink and maintenance just stuck a bucket under it and now even our amenities dont work or are closed.

Verified Renter Great location with a very homey feeling. At first I was a little skeptical about the area but now I have grown to love everything about it minus the traffic sometimes due to the arena being so close but, even still it’s pretty quiet and calm

Verified Renter What I expected before I moved in vs. what actually came with the apartment was a little different but still pretty nice. The walls are very thin and you can hear neighbors talking, listening to music or watching tv sometimes, and running their disposal. You can also very clearly hear people talking in the hallways and walking up/down the stairs.

Overall a great place with a good location! Management has been great! I love my apt. My neighbors need to take their dog out more! Ple.ty of parking and maintenance is quick to respond.

Just OK For the most part, the community is nice. The apartment we are currently in has not been upgraded in quite a few years. Noise level is becoming a major issue. Tenants are not respectful when playing music all night either in the apartment or in their cars in the parking lot. Music is heard from Midnight to 4am most nights. Paying for a service that is of no real importance is Valet Trash. We live 40 feet from the dumpster and for someone to pick up the trash at our front door and carry it to the same dumpster cost $2... read more
