Verified Renter So far so good my apartment is quiet and spacious. The gym is great for what it is and itll be cool to see what the pool is like once it's open

Verified Renter Office personnel here have been great! However a number of things in this apartment had to be fixed and the carpet in the bedrooms had to be replaced bcuz of a strong cat pee smell that permeated the apartment. Those issues detracted from my move in experience and made it more stressful.

Verified Renter I like the views, and dog park, basketball court is fun to be in. The grills need to be clean but it’s ok. Need to fix the gym up. And clean out the rust in the pools.

Verified Renter The only main issue I have is with noise from other tenants. The floors and walls are thin so you hear walking, running by kids, dogs barking, music, TVs and general conversations. The layout of the Apartment is fine and maintenance does a good job of keeping the place together. There are upgrades with new cabinets, doors, appliances, etc. but there is a Premium to upgrade. There is some crime but that’s goes on everywhere. If it were not for inconsiderate neighbors, I would rate higher.

Verified Renter Initially, I was not pleased with my community's response time to requests for maintenance. However, there has been a great improvement in this area, and an improvement in professionalism of the management staff.
