Verified Renter Our ceiling began leaking during a recent storm. We immediately called the office (Saturday morning) where we were told to call back and make an emergency maintence request. So we did. Well no one has came and it has now been a week. Similar issues with things staying broken has occurred, outlets, shower (cracked tub) and more. I would not recommend this complex to anyone I know and I will certainly not be resigning my lease.

Verified Renter Roaches. Maintenance is annoying. Wi-Fi is glitchy. Needs improvement. I’ve had too many issues for being here for the short amount of time that I’ve been here go somewhere else.

Verified Renter Apartment complex has been charging my wife and I plus at least one other resident for their renters insurance even though we have sent them our policy number multiple times and handed our policy statement directly to them. Complex states that we HAVE to pay or will be charged a 5% late fee on the full total of rent. So we have been double charged every month since moving in. With no update or reimbursement.

Verified Renter Awesome very peaceful and conformable. We have all we need. Car wash station, kid park, basket ball court with outside event center, inside and outside pool, a gym and a doggie park.
