Verified Renter No quiet times followed. Domestic arguments, gun shots, car break ins just about every night. Apartment complex trying to up sell their complex, however as other complexes offer better rates, it is this complex to offer premium upgrades at a much higher cost than the average. Rent continues to go down as more apartments come on line.

Verified Renter With the exception of a guy out back that you can hear his music coming from his car a 1/4 mile away and my neighbor playing his music too loud on occasion I have no complaints at all. Clean place, nice neighbors.
