Verified Renter The complex is wonderful and a perfect location. The staff is super kind. My only wish is that there was some security here. Neighbors allow dogs to run free sometimes instead of properly walking them and cleaning up after them.

Verified Renter I love the convenience of the area. The amenities are a good perk as well. However, maintenance issues are what is keeping me from giving this 5 stars. Tenants pay a substantial amount of money for basic maintenance repairs to not be taken care of before someone moves into an apartment.
