Verified Renter Maintenance is good. Office staff is new so be patient with them. Gym in good condition. Great location of apartment. There are a lot of children here. Reedy creek middle, reedy creek elementary, Athens drive high schools

Verified Renter Nice apartments, nice neighbors and great amenities, my favorite part is how deep the tub is, the storage space, and the patio. Great for entertaining as the living space is very large, but walls are on the thinner side so be respectful. Great for a first time apartment or even to stay for a while.
