Verified Renter Office staff and maintenance seem to be really nice and on top of things when work orders are requested. Our move in process was really fast and they always keep us informed of situations. The one start removes is due to the cleaning of the unit when we moved in.

Verified Renter I wish I had the opportunity to hear feedback and reviews before living here. I would not recommend this community to my worst enemy. I moved into an apartment that was approved as “ready” and walked through by the assistant manager. Upon my arrival there were MANY problems, which nobody seemed to want to handle including the community director/manager. It took me calling and emailing the “higher ups” for anything to be done. Verified Renter Since the change in management over a year ago, the quality of the property has gone down hill to a point where even the maintenance people are unsatisfied with some of the ways the property is run. It's extremely over priced for the poor quality we have to endure; and it wasn't always like this. Verified Renter I actually Like it here. The only thing I wish this apartments had was a bigger gym l, but I understand why they do not have one. All my appliances have been going out or breaking on their own.
