here’s the run down So you’re thinking about this place, yea others have came and gone and you might drive by it think what is this. But hear me out, I’m a resident here for 3 more months but I’ve been here for a year and when I got here from Arizona it was my first apartment. Do Not Recommend I have lived here for a year and the problems I’ve had span far and wide. I had fleas from a previous resident and the apartment did not look clean when I moved in, there’s been rot in the walls, flickering lights, power outages that take out the cable/Wi-Fi for weeks, terrible neighbors and much more and the leasing office/maintenance staff have been less than responsive. The rent was cheap (before they installed smart home systems) but I don’t think the problems are worth it.
Crime, Drugs, and Poor Maintenance Crime: -A stabbing in December 2020 -Multiple thefts from vehicles -A car was stolen in January 2021 -Multiple attempted break-ins and at least 1 successful one that I know of. -Former neighbors were violent to each other and what we heard often made us terrified that someone or something was going to come through the wall. Worst place ever No request attended too. Been here 8 months and it’s infested with spiders, carpet bugs that eat holes in your furniture and clothes, roaches and mold. This place is more disgusting than a McDonald’s bathroom! Stay far away. Save yourself the hassle. Honestly this place needs to be shut down. And all the staff need to be fired. Affordable, quality, and convenient As a resident, I was always very pleased with the apartments at Parke at Trinity. I found the staff to be professional and responsive to emails and service requests. Any time I had an issue, it was promptly attended to. I thought I got a great value for the apartment I rented, and the location was very convenient to both Raleigh and surrounding areas. The place is horrible I have been living here for around 3 months and this place is horrible. We have had multiple issue and management does not solve anything. We had 1 registered service dog when we applied for the lease. We informed them of him and they approved him. After about 1.5 months of living there we were told that he wasn't approved and the we need to provided them with paperwork....they originally asked for paperwork which they were not allowed to ask for. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I am already a broke PhD student, so my options were limited, but this complex is forcing me to pay fees and taking money out of my account without my permission left and right. On the first of the month, I paid my rent on their online portal (which failed to take credit or debit cards on my application so I used my bank account). Do not live here If I could give the apartment complex 0 stars, I would. Do not live here. The pictures that they post on their website are so misleading. There is dog waste all on the ground of the complex, kids constantly screaming and running in the streets, the breezeways of the buildings and in between parked cars, there is also trash and litter all over the grounds of the complex. Used to be good. Terrible now. Main Note: Do Your Research and look at the numerous negative reviews since the new ownership took place. We will be moving out, when our lease expires, after being here 3 years. The apartments are decent, plenty of parking, but the ownership is the deal breaker.
