Poor service! We used to receive outstanding services in this complex, but lately since the new management took over it has been a mess. They do things without communicating with the residents and if you request a services you often have to follow up with the office before anything can get done. It is just unbelievable how things have changed in just few months since the new management took over. If you can stay out of here then do it!!! I am not recommending this place. I can't wait to get out of here.
Ripoff Lived here for 3 years now and new management makes no sense. Resident's have to pay valet trash fee for someone to take their trash to the dumpster when there is a one near every building for people to take out their own trash, this fee should be optional or for someone that is handicapped. Complained about people leaving trash or cigarette butts on the property when they have someone to walk around pick it up every morning, why not pay him a little more money for doing the task instead of trying to charge residents ... read more
Poor Management I have been a resident at this location for almost four years, and i'm very dissatisfied with the new management of the property. The new office staff are very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend moving here.
New Management is a Nightmare New management has taken over and office staff are very unprofessional. I am fortunate enough to be on my way out but I would not recommend anyone to lease here. The new online payment portal is not suitable for rental payments. They really need to explore another avenue because telling tenants "it's their fault" is completely unacceptable and not good enough. Quality at a Great Price We've lived here for 2 years now (first a 2 bedroom and then a 3 bedroom), and we have had nothing but great experiences! Not only is it a great location - near PNC, short trip to Raleigh, close to restaurants and grocery stores - but it also at a very affordable price...with rent being the cheapest option in the area. Trinty Park nice quite neighborhood , close to pnc arena and lovely
nice We have lived here for nearly 5 years. Its an awesome complex. The staff gets things done very quickly. We are a walk away from the fairgrounds and the PNC arena. Definitely worth looking into.
Budget apartment for non budget price Pros: close to entertainment and grocery, quick to fix minor problems, updating apartments, office staff is friendly, and close to NCSU. Cons: slow to fix major maintenance problems, parking is packed, noisy, thin walls, big rent hikes even if your apartment is not upgraded, rude children, car got keyed in parking lot, stray cat problem, lots of bugs in hallways and many centipedes come into apartments.
