My best friend is currently living at the luxe and is very pleased with his living arrangements. The location is unbeatable and the management is on point. Can't wait to move in in the fall.

This place was a bit on the rough side when it first opened it's doors, but not anymore. With the new management instilled they have completely reviatlized the whole complex! I just resigned for another year here and I can't wait. All the old problems we used to have are all gone. The new management really cares about us and does everything in their power to make things as perfect as possible for us. Great place to live! So close to campus, staff is always so friendly and helpful. All problems fixed when happen. Definitely recommend! #luxelife
Love living here. So convenient. I would say probably the best location of any apartment complex in Tallahassee. I can get everywhere by walking: FSU campus, restaurants, Publix, CVS, and the bus station is right outside! The staff is the best, my work orders are fulfilled so quickly. I would really recommend this place to any student, it's been a great experience.
Although I've had my fair share of problems with this place and other apartment complexes before, I am beyond amazed at what a simple conversation can do for the relationship between resident and landlord. No service after 7pm when the Internet goes out in a college apartment complex. Walls as thin as paper and nothing gets taken care of in a professional manner. I can hear the person in the apartment next to me sneeze. False expectations when I signed.
