I visited this place and I cannot wait to live here. Signed a lease yesterday because the apartments are nice, close walking proximity to campus and doorstop coffee delivery from Atomic Coffee, what more can a college student ask for. Everyone's experiences are different because My Luxe experience was GREAT!
The Luxe is a great place to live if you're looking for proximity to classes. I am just a short two blocks away from the majority of my classes! The maintenance team is also fantastic. The staff has been able to resolve any of my issues quickly and efficiently. Awesome and SAFE place to live!
Using a jack hammer...Maybe the loudest saw I've ever heard.... And constant construction in the middle of the day during finals week. How inconsiderate can the owner be? Even the "study room" sounds like a construction site.

The Luxe is perfectly located if you plan to attend FSU. the staff is Professional and they make sure you get whatever you need. Maintenance is also great . The security of private gates really can give me a peace of mind. Overall, great place to live no complaints.
I'm so thankful to live in a community with such and amazing staff! They always show a genuine concern for the needs of residents. Josslen greets everyone with a huge smile and even knows many of us by name. That alone is something you won't get at most communities.
Is there somewhere on this page that we can post about wanting to sublease our apartment for the Summer?
