Best decision I ever made, other than going to FSU.
I signed really early and made simple requests on my room assignment and none of them were met. I tried to get them fixed but there wasn't any option and I was told by the staff to just deal with it. Then they tried charging me with bogus charges as I left the complex. Also they charge for parking your own car. Many places in tallahassee provide free parking to its residences. I do not recommend living here at all.
THE place to live in Tally,just steps from FSU campus and stadiums,also the Tennessee Street nightlife.Staff puts it over the top,make life easy!!
The Luxe is in a great location, it's not a perfect apartment complex, but none of the housing is. You can't beat it if you want a nice place and a very close walk to campus.
