My daughter will be moving into these apartments in August. I called the office to inquire about the fact that they have reduced the rent on new contracts and to ask what is the possibility of getting the same price that they are now offering. I guess that signing early is not a good idea. I asked to talk to the manager and the person on the phone refused to connect me and just said he can't help you. I moved in August 22, 2019 as soon as possible. What drew me to this apartment was how close it is to campus and had a parking garage. However, all these things would be overlooked in the following months by how bad it is living here. First, it was how dirty the apartment was when I moved in.
