Absolutely one of the worst places to live hands down. At the beginning of the semester I dealt with so many roach problems. Then nobody came to fix our dishwasher for a month. Now I've put in a maintenance request 6 times the past two and a half weeks and no one has showed up or even called me. The gate remote never works and neither does my all access key. And the parking garage pretty much was made to cause accidents.
The worst mistake I've made in my college career...seriously. The management team was incompetent. When I first moved in it took 1 month for them to get my cable turned on. I dealt with them almost every day for a month and they gave me the run around and did not know what they were doing. Also the rooms are not worth the money. And the pay to park situation was ridiculous. I paid $745 a month for mediocrity! My roommates and I signed a 3x3 and were expecting the one and only 3x3 floor plan shown to us, instead we got a totally different 3x3 layout which, had we known even existed, would have been a deal breaker. Shocker! There is also a huge roach problem. And when I say huge, I mean they are huge AND there is a lot of them. Also, the parking garage gates maybe work once every blue moon. Doesn't even deserve one star. Probably the worst place to live in Tallahassee.
