RecommendedI recently moved into The Luxe this fall and I absolutely love it so far! The amenities within the complex are clean and super convenient. The staff is quick to respond when needed and always say hello when you see them around. All in all, I highly recommend The Luxe!

I lived here for a year and am not returning. I would say the pros of this place include the location and the restaurants below it. It is also a newer complex so if you like marble countertops and newer appliances, it’s a plus. However, that does not justify living there again. My rent was $850 a month for a 2/2, and when I moved in, the floor plan I was expecting (that you can see displayed at the leasing office and online) was not really there. I have had nothing but a great experience living at the Luxe. The maintenance gets work orders done as soon as I write them out. I always feel so safe living here, especially knowing that a police officer lives on site 24/7. Management and staff are welcoming and they throw great events a couple times a month that allows me to be introduced to new people in my community. 10/10 would recommend!

This place is the absolute worst, when you move out they charge you to replace the nasty carpet and show no proof that they installed new carpet, it is a total scam and they prey on college students and their parents threatening to send you to collection if you do not pay. Place was filthy dirty when we moved it. Stay away from this place.
