So glad I'm about to get out of here, I'm woken up by obnoxiously loud construction noises before 8am most mornings and I'm not a light sleeper. Also, left my apartment one morning and opened my door to find a homeless man asleep on my doorstep. Its not worth it!

If you don't mind the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night and having paper thin walls, this is the place for you. The best part is that you can even hear the people above you and two floors below you. The gate is never closed so the security around here is pretty great. If you like broken appliances then you are in luck! Also, you get kicked out before the semester ends, so being homeless could be a possibility. So if you like mediocrity, this is the place to be. :)
So far the Luxe has been good overall. The parking is great and there are a lot of visitor spots. The staff if for the most part friendly, they are all the same age as everyone in the building so they can relate at the very least. The location is what makes the Luxe worth wild, it makes up for the very thin walls.

The staff is very friendly, the apartments are clean and look exactly like the model! Would definitely recommend signing here in the fall
The staff here is wonderful. My experience here has been absolutely amazing.
Living at the Luxe has been nothing but a positive experience. The maintenance is always quick to fix the limited amount of issues in which I experience. Never anything major though, just a light bulb here and there. The management is excellent, its almost like we are all friends with one another. The distance to campus is unparalleled and I could not ask for better study rooms.
I love the Luxe it is a great place to live. My experience has been awesome here. The gym is super spacious and it makes working out a lot better. As far as the staff goes they are nice and really try to get to know you!
