The Luxe truly has the best staff around, I love living here, and it's the perfect location to campus!
The location is great for College of Ed students! The staff is very friendly and timely on fixing any problems I may have. Perfect location to walk for Game Day! Also- Pool house is great for hosting guests and pool is heated.
Apartments are move in dirty. They are also a wreck. Doors punched in and walls a mess. Floors are dirty and the entire apartment was a mess. I can’t even describe how dirty the bathroom and shower was— it made me sick it was so disgusting. For the price we paid it was atrocious.
Great if you want to live near campus and physically looks like a great apartment. However the rooms are very small, even the upgraded bigger ones, bathrooms are nice but the closet is the size of a corner. Most layouts are similar is siding so there isn’t a lot of room to offer. If you care more about amenities then space then it’s a great place, but aside from that The Luxe isn’t the ideal apartment.
RecommendedGreat apartment complex and safe. My daughter enjoyed her time there. Management was responsive and maintenance issues were handled.
The Luxe was very accommodating to my friends and I during hurricane Michael. Although we weren’t residents of the Luxe, they gave us shelter, food, and entertainment. The leasing manager, Terrance Roberson opened the doors for us and I’m forever grateful to him and the apartment complex for such great hospitality.
I really can't begin to explain how much of a bad decision it was to live at this sorry excuse for an apartment complex. Within a month of living here last year my roommates and I were already scrambling to figure out where we wanted to live next year. Just a shortlist of things they do terribly here: -The walls, and floors are paper thin, you can hear everything that goes on in the kitchen/common area from your room, as well as every step the people who live above you take...
