I have lived... (Verified Renter) I have lived at The Lex for 8 years and have never had any problem. The staff and maintenance are very responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend The Lex. It is keep up extremely well .
Verified Renter At this time, I wouldnt recommend these apartments because of the cigarette smoking. If they can completly take smoking out of restaurants, bars, ball fields, department stores, just about anywhere you go, I dont understand why you cant get rid of it here.. all you are doing is moving good people out to let people that smoke continue to damage the walls, carpet etc. Put them all in separate buildings at a higher premium with special smoking rooms with HUGE AIR PURIFIERS.
Verified Renter Usually my problems are taken care of immediately . But this heater problem was and has not been taken care of correct. Service has been worked on two times and not corrected. I was give space heaters that didnt work and I told the service man and he didnt pay any attention to me. I still have the heater that doesnt work and I am freezing because of no heat. Again with this serious problem, someone needs to check back with you within a day or two to make sure the problem is solved. Too cold outside to be left... read more
Major roach problem... (Verified Renter) Major roach problem that doesnt actually get treated unless you have bugged someone enough to where the property entomologist will come spray your apartment. Youre told to be proactive in getting rid of shoe boxes and any box in your apartment and given glue traps.

The entire staff is exceptional, friendly and really care that as a resident you are happy living here. Service requests,which I have had very few, are handled normally the same day. I would highly recommend The Lex.
