They complete requests in a very timely manner and they do a great job. One time the handle broke on my microwave and instead of waiting for the replacement handle to get in which was supposed to take a couple weeks, they took one off another microwave that wasnt in use at the time and fixed my microwave. Verified Renter Cortland Lex has been accommodating and caring. They make sure their residents are beyond happy and safe. Communication is frequent from weekly emails to gym classes and the free little library. It makes the community fun and enjoyable and the residents are friendly.

The front office is filled with superheroes everyone from the lease staff to the maintenance. They are like the Avengers when you add the SERVICE HOTLINE.
