The customer service has been wonderful and every time weve had a minor concern needing a maintenance person, we have had a quick response and quick fix. I do feel like Im appreciated here and I feel well taken care of and thought of by our Cortland Staff, especially the property manager! Shes awesome. Thank you everyone

Office has gotten better about responding to issues in a timely manner, however there are still remaining issues that are not being solved at all: 1 - Continuous issues with used condoms and condom wrappers in bathroom and on property that my 7 yr old son has found on multiple occasions. 2- dog poop is not maintained, ever, unless I put a call in for a maintenance request. 3 - No follow through with children being unattended at the pool because no one is... read more

(Verified Renter) During the day time, I keep busy indoors working privately on my computer and do not know much what is happening on the outside I can say, the working atmosphere is good because its a peaceful and quiet environment anyone can concentrate working in peace. rest of the time and three other days a week, I am in and out for activities or appointments. Look around before... (Verified Renter) Look around before you move here. The location is good but the apartments are old and not insulated very well Appliances are also not modern. If you enjoy loud music from cars and speeding cars and loud children playing in the parking areas this might be the great place for you.
We love us... (Verified Renter) We love us some Lex! We have a great view, the office staff is hospitable and accommodating. The maintenance team is the best in the business! They are prompt, courteous and friendly. The whole Lex team actually seem to love their jobs. Couldn't be happier. Thank you all! Keep up the great work!
