These are decent... (Verified Renter) These are decent apartments in a great area with nice amenities. The amenities are the best part of the community. There were families but it's not noisy. It's not uncommon to see dog poop in the grass. These apartments are not luxury or modern. Aside from the countertops, flooring, and some finishes they are not updated. Top Reasons why you shouldn’t live at The Lex If you are someone who works from home, or is home during the day, do not move here. The water is shut off almost monthly for “maintenance”. This week - it’s Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, AND Thursday 9am-4pm. I work from home, and a bottle of water being offered by the office won’t flush my toilet one time, fill my pet’s water bowl, or even let me bathe when I have a short break. If that isn’t enough, we are regularly told to “hold our trash” because the trash compactor is full. T... read more

We appreciate all the feedback we receive, both negative and positive, as it allows us to see how we are doing and where we can improve. We have not had to shut off the water in quite some time, but ha d to do so this week intermittently so that we could conduct repairs on the plumbing.
