The office workers... (Verified Renter) The office workers are nice and try to help when they can. The apartments are not built well. I personally have also had bad luck with neighbors.its almost like they purposely stick me next to (or under) the obnoxious ones.

So when I was actually needing to move into an apartment, I knew The Lex would be the one. I am so glad we have chosen to live here. ALL the visits with the leasing agents, all of them, went very well. The agents took their time with us and answered all our questions. These are decent... (Verified Renter) These are decent apartments in a great area with nice amenities. The amenities are the best part of the community. There were families but it's not noisy. It's not uncommon to see dog poop in the grass. These apartments are not luxury or modern. Aside from the countertops, flooring, and some finishes they are not updated.
