Terrible Poor place, overpriced, tight spacing, not family friendly, walls are too thin that you are able to hear neighbors, cheap renovation, cheap carpet, moldy appliances, terrible staff and terrible place.

Not safe!!! Rent elsewhere People breaking into cars and apartments. Teenagers making a bunch of noise and being a nuisance. Not safe anymore. Extremely poor and rude management. Had trash compactor piling up for days! We got out of there at the right time. A bunch of thugs living here.
The Lex The Lex was bought by Cortland in 2012 and it was declined since then. The apartments were cheaply renovated but you are not getting your money's worth. There are no background checks on the residents moving in and there have been apartment break-ins, car thefts, and drug busts within the community. There are teenagers that roam around constantly knocking on doors and running, destroying the gym, the pool area, and they stole all of the wifi center's computers and printers. The Truth This apartment complex WAS NOT built in 2014. It was built in 1996 and has been renovated recently.
The Lex The lex is a gorgeous apartment they were the only ones that didn't have German Shepherds on their restricted breed list. The property is kept up very well and the women in the leasing office are very nice.
Great Apartment Living The Lex is a class act! Upscale apartments with a friendly and helpful staff. Maintenance team is here when you need them, and you don't have to ask them twice!! Great location, great amenities. Best apartments in Alpharetta.
