DON'T DO IT From the outside the place looks great. Don't fall for it. The apartments are renovated to look nice, but when you look closely it's all cheaply done. They have a severe mold problem which they are constantly trying to cover up. Management will ignore your service requests. Gary is ok to talk to, but Michele especially is the worst! The Lex apartment... (Verified Renter) The Lex apartment for my family has been our perfect choice. The neighbors are amazing respectful and live as a big family. The facilities have been of fun for my family, the pool area, and fitting room. Awful! Awful experience. Run as far as you can! unless you want to live with a mold all over your unit and have your brand new car damaged by their malfunctioning gate. Definitely, it isn't worth the money you pay for it!!!
