Fleas! Spiders! Roaches!... (Verified Renter) Fleas! Spiders! Roaches! Maintenance wont fix the sink without multiple tickets. I had to fix my own AC because the drain pan had no plug and water was leaking in the floor. This was after 2 service attempts on the AC that were completed. They left trash in my apartment. Ive treated my floors 3x for fleas and I cant sleep in my own bed because fleas are jumping everywhere.

(Verified Renter) The Lex is a beautiful place where you never smell Cigarettes, its a place i will recommend to every family who desire ambient and never have to call because you have neighbors who disrespect your space. The management team are amazing people who take time to listen to your complaints and are prompt to every request. The are exceptionally professional. My family have never stopped talking about the management team especially Mr Gary.

The leasing agent Reanne was excellent and did spend enough time to understand our requirements and did take a good tour and explained all our questions.
