Verified Renter I chose Cortland Lex bcuz of the greater than great CUSTOMER SERVICE from the leasing staff. I have lived in apts all my adult life so just very familiar with process etc. Plus Im a clean freak and I work in service industry so I have very high QUALITY standards bcuz I also give what I expect to receive. Long story short...I really liked the apt layout of these other apts in Brookhaven but their staff was nothing like Cortland Lex. Verified Renter I have enjoyed my time here, very peaceful, my only continuous complaint is cleanliness of Breezeway. I'm very disappointed that more attention to keeping breezeway clear of spiderweb, bugs, and debri hasn't been taken care of during my 5 year stay here.
