Verified Renter I have been at Cortland Lex for about 8 months now and have had a positive experience! The complex is kept clean. Maintenance is friendly and comes within a day or two of the request. They have done a few updates around the complex (lightbulbs, landscape, etc.) and seem pretty on top of other maintenance stuff (fire safety, dryers, fixing the gate multiple times, etc.). From the staff to the incredible location (walking distance from the downtown square!) to the beautiful appearance (both the complex and the neighborhood) to the excellent amenities, Cortland Lex truly does feel like home.
