Verified Renter I have been at Cortland Lex for about 8 months now and have had a positive experience! The complex is kept clean. Maintenance is friendly and comes within a day or two of the request. They have done a few updates around the complex (lightbulbs, landscape, etc.) and seem pretty on top of other maintenance stuff (fire safety, dryers, fixing the gate multiple times, etc.). From the staff to the incredible location (walking distance from the downtown square!) to the beautiful appearance (both the complex and the neighborhood) to the excellent amenities, Cortland Lex truly does feel like home. Ive thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and plan to stay here as long as Im able!

Best community I have lived in in 15 years! Cortland Lex is hands down THE best community I have lived in in the 15 years that I have lived in apartments. I have lived in multiple states and cities and finally I have my home away from home.
