Verified Renter This apartment complex is very attractive, well-maintained and extremely quiet all hours of the day. The staff is very friendly and quick to make any repairs or adjustments. I don’t think Apartment living could be any better unless it over looked the ocean!

The office team cares about the community. All paired with an appropriate monthly rent amount and close distance to downtown Alpharetta.

We had some troubles with our move in but Chris and the team took care of things honorably and with fairness, which I think can be really hard to find. I actually do not, my perspective have changed on how to still have a great time, quality food in a safe space for me and my teenage son. The community is safe, quiet and super kind to each other. The maintenance team works hard and efficient. Office Team are wonderful and makes themselves available. After 20 years of city living, I have everything I need right here. No more trains, sirens or car chasing.
