Verified Renter I’ve been living at the Cortland Lex for about five months. It’s been an enjoyable experience. It’s a very relaxed place, nice and quiet and fuss free. All the residents seem to be quite respectful of their neighbors and surroundings. I’d recommend the Cortland Lex to prospective renters.

Verified Renter I LOVE living here! Leasing Office staff- Extraordinary! Maintenance staff- Excellent! There's always a cute event or class going on. The neighborhood is secluded and very quiet. Communication with the office is outstanding as well. ?? ???????? property and I recommend living here.

Verified Renter This apartment complex is very attractive, well-maintained and extremely quiet all hours of the day. The staff is very friendly and quick to make any repairs or adjustments. I don’t think Apartment living could be any better unless it over looked the ocean!
