The Place to Be Overall Maintenance is responsive, the community is quiet, and the amenities are great. Cortland Lex is an awesome place to live. The staff goes out of their way to plan events for the residents to bring an extra experience to their regular days/holidays. Definitely recommend!

Verified Renter I've lived in this neighborhood for almost three years. I am a young woman and generally feel safe. Maintenance requests are completed within a day or two usually, and the maintenance and office staff are considerate and respectful. It's great to be near downtown Alpharetta.
