From its not-so-humble beginnings as the home of Carl Hilmer Guenther in 1860, it has been restored into one of the more unique dining experiences in the city. The breakfast menu (served all day) offers Southern Sweet Cream Waffles and breakfast tacos, among other items. At lunch, choose from such entries as Champagne Chicken Enchiladas and Pioneer Taco Salad.

Food is great, service was wonderful and atmosphere is so welcoming!! By far the best biscuits!
Waffles are special and you can take the mix home if you like. Lovely setting.

We are regulars here. But it had been a good month or so that we have been here so today we decided to come by. Not sure if a new mgr is in place. Alot of new people thou. Our usual waiter & waitress were not there. Weather is a tad windy and a bit rainy. So everyone was being seated inside. Anyway we are use to waiting at least an hour & that's ok. But today the lady who was running the staff today did not seem like she knew how to manage from what I saw there were at least 2 to 3 tables free but somehow we were not seated.... read more
We sat outside on the patio enjoying the morning breeze. I had a special request and it was cooked for me without the blink of an eye! We really enjoyed the pancake of the day and the biscuits. Always yummy!😋
It was delicious!!! Their waffles were so light but very tasty �
