We had a gas line installed since we planned to purchase a gas stove for our long overdue kitchen remodel. When the gas stove was finally delivered the gas line needed to be moved slightly and they came out a second time, at their cost. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable! They explained what they were doing in layman's terms, which was appreciated. After reading some other reviews re: they also clean gas fireplaces I will call them for that as well.

Tom from Gas Connection came to my home yesterday to fix my gas fireplace. He showed up early, fixed the problem, and made some made minor adjustments to make my fireplace fantastic.

we have been having our gas fireplace serviced on a nearly yearly basis for nearly 30 years and during that time, have used 2 other services. Doug did by far the best cleaning and maintenance we've ever had and in spite of its age our fireplace is burning better than ever. In addition he was very pleasant to have in our home. We highly recommend him

Don was very organized and knowledgeable. The service was the installation of the gas supply line and vent system for our new fire place. Don was careful to explain what and why he was doing each step. A true professional.

I will give a tip of the fedora to Doug from The Gas connection who cleaned and serviced our Mendota gas fireplace.He knows the workings of this brand and serviced it to bring it back to its high performance and beauty. During this time he explained what he was doing and what was needed to complete the job.On top of that, Doug is a down to earth,nice person. We will be using Doug and the The Gas connection. They are tops!

My service call was for a safety inspection of a gas log fireplace unit that The Gas Connection installed in 1997. I was happy and amazed to find they were still in business! I had not used the unit in at least 5 years. The Field Rep was patient, honest, and thorough in cleaning and inspecting the unit even when it was the last appointment of his day.
