I was very pleased and impressed by the quality of the service and how courteous and professional Justin and Joe were. They explained in detail exactly what they did and how the new fireplace controls worked. When the inspector for the new gas line noticed a problem Justin and Joe returned almost instantaneously to correct the problem. I will certainly use them again

Don and Joe came to our house to extend an existing gas line and to install a fireplace insert. They were prompt, courteous and very hard working. I had an emergency, and The Gas Connection came through. On the very cold morning of February 3, Excel unexpectedly turned off my gas meter. I had asked Excel's technician who performed a check up on my furnace to check all the gas lines in the basement for leaks. I hadn't expected him to find any leaks, and he didn't until I pointed out one last portion of pipe. There was a leak, and the technician said he was required to turn off the gas meter.
