Zach & Jason came out and ran a new 50' gas line for me. They kept in mind that I may finish my basement in the future, so they worked it out & tucked the gas line in right beside a major I-beam in the basement. They were on time, very courteous, professional, and did some really tidy work. Completely satisfied, thanks guys!

Tom R** Assisted me with my fireplace issue last month, January 2020.. Previous to calling gas connection I had another heating and cooling person come out. Their comments didn't seem right. GAs connection sent Tom. He was amazing, respectful, professional and knew his "stuff". He gave me hints on how to use the fireplace and fixed my problem. Prior to his visit I hadn't been using my fireplace. Now I use it almost daily! Thanks to Tom R. and GAs connection!!!

Doug ****** did a fantastic job reviving our old fireplace that had not worked at all this winter and didn't always work well last winter either. He was very resourceful in what he did to get it working again. It's a 30 year old fireplace which we last had serviced in 1998 and for which not all parts are still available. I have used The Gas Connection for over 20 years to service gas fireplaces and to install a gas line for an outdoor gas grill. The scheduling and service people have always been polite and helpful although to schedule an appointment one may need to wait two or three weeks to get a time. They are that busy. In home service has always been great. They were right on time, knowledgeable, and professional. They did a great job installing a new gas insert and made sure it worked prior to leaving. The cost of the job was also very reasonable too.

Doug ****** serviced our gas fireplace on Dec. 31, 2019. He arrived on time and was very friendly. He saw immediately a part that needed replacement - and the problem of the fireplace shutting itself off was resolved. He also replaced the Rockwool 'embers.' Finally, without asking, he thoroughly cleaned the glass and surround and checked for any gas or CO leaks. I highly recommend The Gas Connection and Doug ******. Irwin N.
