Doug was through and efficient while cleaning and restoring my inserts. He does the job right every time. I won't have anybody but Doug work on my stove inserts.

Excellent work. Answered all our questions. Friendly help from the first phone call thru the service call. We have used The Gas Connection company for over tens years. They installed our fireplace insert and our outdoor gas fire pit. Tom R** was out to service our insert for a needed overall cleaning. It looks like new. Highly recommend this company, great service team.

Aaron came out to install a gas line to the fireplace. He was very curteous, and friendly, and answered all of our questions. He was very thorough and took pictures of each step. He made certain that the finished product not only operated properly , but looked well too. He protected my carpet and cleaned up well when finished. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Aaron , and would highly recommend him and The Gas Connection.

I called gas connection to get the pilot light started on my fireplace. Doug Londen was the tech who came. He went far beyond just fixing the pilot light. By the time he was done he had totally taken the fireplace apart ,cleaned all the components, replaced defective parts, cleaned the glass and screen, and did preventive maintenance and rewiring of questionable electrical connections and rearranged the logs to make it look better.
