We have used the Gas Connection to service our gas log fireplace for years and continue to be so pleased with the service and customer care we receive. From the phone scheduling to the on time service call, everything went smoothly and exactly as promised. Doug was our service tech this time and was professional and neat with his work. Doug ****** at the Gas Connection was absolutely a pleasure to work with. He was on time, got right to work, had no problem figuring out the repair I needed. Even though there was some trouble shooting he obviously knew his trade because he solved it quickly and thoroughly. I would have in again in a heartbeat. The receptionist gave me the opportunity to get an appointment in a day because of a cancellation. I really appreciated that; she was great to talk to. On the day of, Doug called to let me know he was on the way. He was friendly, courteous, professional and very thorough. Clearly very knowledgable. He not only fixed the fireplace, but cleaned it and rearranged the logs so it looks really great as well. The Gas Connection treated my small repair job like a big deal, and I appreciated that. Thanks!

I Joe, had a meter to move from drive way side to front of house, going through all the steps with Xcel and found out that Xcel doesn't move all the pipes to the house so I had to find a gas plumber to put the pipes in. The company I found on Google is The Gas Connection there customer service is to the point and Collin Hargett is a excellent plumber he made sure the job was done right we found out my pipes in the house needed to be fixed for are safety. Aaron & Jason showed up on time, which is always a welcome start. They spread a mat just inside our front door, removed their shoes, and left them on the mat. This was much appreciated as we have bamboo floors. They then set about installing our gas line, which went very smoothly. I asked several questions, and they were very patient providing answers. The work was completed, checked/tested, and we were charged the agreed upon price. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Wow!! The gas connection company is a breath of fresh air. They are a throw back to a time when a person was able to count on good service, in a timely fashion.From the first phone call placed to them by us, they were tops. Marvin came out and looked over are needs and gave us estimates for a couple options.With his complete knowledge of the field,he explained the proposals so we knew what to expect.Once we decided on an option the installers Aaron and Andy came out to perform work.Those two young fellas went right to work, ... read more
